About the product
Recruitment and Selection is one of our core services. At the core of this service is the strong desire to make sure the right candidates are matched with the right job. It is our believe that if this process is followed diligently, candidates will be satisfied with their jobs and productivity will be enhanced whilst employee turnover will be on the low.


The process begins with Job Specification and ends with Job Placement:

Job Specification
We let the candidates know the general details of what will be required of them to excel at a particular job being offered. We explain the duties and responsibilities that accompany the position to the candidates.


Screening
From a pool of our candidates register, we screen according to the job specifications. The screening process continues until we have 5 people for a position.


Interview
Our interviews are rigorous. We use our years of experience, technical expertise and competence to expose the most hidden attitudes, talents, etc from our candidates. Our aim at this level is to make sure, only the right candidate is good enough for our clients.


Reference
We take key interest in referencing. We cross-check the reference(s) submitted by candidates on their registration form.


Verification of Documents / Certificates
Technology is fast changing and people can now design all kinds of certificates in the comfort of their rooms. We therefore go the extra mile to verify the authenticity of documents submitted by our candidates.


Shortlisting and Selection and Job Placement
Based on the processes above, we shortlist the candidates to three. From this number, we select to for our client for onward interview or appointment right away.
