For our Corporate Partners, we assign a rider to the company. This rider will be available to the company during the working hours of the company. More than one (1) rider can be assigned depending on the size of orders.
Our individual clients will be assigned different riders depending on the availability of a rider as and when they place a call through to our controller. Efficiency and expediency is one of our core values so we will ensure a rider is dispatched immediately to the client.
