On the 11th of September, 2019, my taxi driver who had parked at a bus stop near the Kaneshie Metro Mass Transit ltd, was matched to the Pamprom unit of the AMA without being told what his offence was. He had gotten down to help me offload a heavy parcel to the Parcel unit.This took less than two minutes. An officer by name Sammy, just got into the taxi and asked him to move, which he complied. Upon reaching the yard, he was left there. This officer just went behind the containers. I got there to enquire what was the issue but there was no information at both security points, neither was this Officer Sammy anywhere around. I asked who was in charge and I was directed to one officer Supa who in my opinion gave me a very poor customers service. He was just yelling demanding who asked me to see him. This was so unprofessional since I believe he was there to serve me. Our penalty charge notice was produced later. This officer never clamped our Taxi but had ticked he did. He also stated that we had parked in motorist lane, which I honestly believe to be false. I observed they had a platform for pictorial evidence, I asked for ours and it was never given. I was being tossed from Officer Supa to another officer Francis. The officer in charge of Kaneshie was out.They were unwilling to listen and seem to be interested in only the fine of GH150.00. I asked to see the main Boss in charge and he declined to see me.This was very unprofessional. I paid and I have reciept.I want a refund of my money cuz until he proves us guilty of the crime which the officer negligently untertook, we belief we are being extorted
