they have no respect for patients time. expect to wait for hours and hours after your appointment time!
shameful and disgraceful. with all the money I paid. (over USD 7000) you would think they have the cutecy to be on time for once after 5 visits.

Disappointed with their appointment service
The receiver who got my call for appointment should have said that doctor wass already fully booked. He just said that I should come before 12pm and I have been waiting for nothing more than 2 hours. What kind of service are you providing to patient? We are not customer, but patient.

Lister a nightmare for Ivf
I had Ivf treatment at Lister hospital and fertility and got a uti infection, i had to pay them to treat the infection they gave me. the Ivf procedure was a total mess and failure, the doctor and his assistants were just so unprofessional I thank God I got out alive.
