They advertise 5 pm bus as EXECUTIVE BUS.
That you will feel comfortable,bend the seat to relax when your waist is painting.
All is never true. All the time I use their bus,from navrongo to kumasi and kumasi to navrongo.
They will overload the bus,pack goods at the back of people seat seach that you can't bend the seat and relax.

Poor customer relations
The # ******** was put online as kumasi contact. I called and "gentleman" was rude. Apparently, it was Accra line the guy claimed.

SENDING OF PARCEL FROM KUMASI TO TAMALE
I sent a parcel on14/3/2021 but its not delivered and when I call the driver, he says he doesn't remember. But he gave me a complimentary card and also charged me for the parcel

Poor Services
My parcel was sent from Accra to Kissing for 3days I had no notification. I called your number only to be told it's wrong number whilst the true caller ID indicates was OA O NAA. when persisted calling he kept you cutting the call. I called your land-line even though the calls were going through no one was picking them. I think this is the last time I will ever use your services
