Processes and Pricing

PROCESSCES
1. Hydrogeological Investigation

This is done to check on the land where to get larger amounts of water. It is done by checking the resistivities at various intervals on the land. Electrical resistivity sounding is done to ascertain the aquifer zones.

2. Drilling and Construction

The drilling is done by the Rig (drilling machine). It uses 5 metre long rod which is fixed one after the other until the water table is reached and the required depth is attained. When the water is gotten, the borehole is then constructed to the desired design with a 5 inch pipe.

3. Borehole Development

The borehole is developed by pumping the water at very high pressure until the water is clean.

4. Pump Installation

A mechanized pump is installed deep down the hole to pump the water into the homes for usage.

PRICING

Pricing of the borehole is based on the rock formation pertaining to a particular area and also geographical location of the well. However, it is one that almost every home can afford as we seek to help people get their own source of water without depending on the water company.
