We are able to accommodate all our customers’ needs through varying services and transit times.
This makes courier service more affordable, yet maintains the same level of excellence that Intact Courier strives to achieve.

We will deliver Consignments to the Delivery Address, provided that the Delivery Address has, or is served by a central mail delivery and/or collection area. We are not required to deliver Consignments personally to the Consignee.

Because we are not required to deliver consignments personally to the consignee, clients are advised to select an option which requires us to deliver consignments and parcels personally to the receiver.

Clients must select a service option on the Consignment Note specifying when the Consignment is to be delivered. However, if you do not select a service option you will be deemed to have selected the next day service option

DELIVERY
All our delivery are mostly dependent on what client request, when a client selects the next day, Saturday, 48 hour or 72 hour service options we will deliver the Consignment by no later than the end of the relevant day or period after the day on which the Consignment is accepted.

Again, when a client selects a service option that specifies a time by which delivery is to be made, we will deliver the Consignment within 30 minutes after the specified time.

However, when a client selects a service option that does not specify a time at which delivery is to be made, we will deliver the Consignment within 30 minutes before or after the time it was received.
