They give one price to the locals and triple the price if you are a foreigner. I let my Ghana friend go for a consultation then I called. Although she was 100 pounds bigger than me, her fees were less. I have evidence to prove this and so I'm going to a different place with my same friend.

They could make a lot of money if they were just professionals and fair to everyone. I plan to visit them to talk about this because they are really losing a lot of money. I have friends who I'm taking to Ghana just for lipo and this is the guy that got us looking into Ghanan because of facebook but we were forced to look other places because of the dishonesty.

All of Ghana is like this so you need to have a local do equiries
