I think your organization's thoughts of trying to limit malaria by recycling plastic waste is a very good idea. Plastic clogging up pipes and brooks allowing ponds to develop into breeding grounds for the mosquitoes is both a health problem and indeed also an environmental problem as it displays it self as pollution.
Recycling could be a good solution in solving both problems. It could also be done with a commercial output as plastic is a material well suited for recycling.
