Their Manager (ADAMS) does not have any professional ethics. He showed me a particular fire door but supplied me different ones (dishonesty).
I paid for 5 fire rated doors and was supplied 4 fire rated door and 1 non fire rated door without telling me(dishonesty). The 5 doors have different frames, different height and the locks are at different hights (poor quality) knowing very well (because I gave him the drawing)that the doors are standing next to each other in the office (poor technical knowledge). One door has hinged fixed wrongly (door falls out of the frame) and has to be sent to a welding shop. He supplied the doors with rustings and repainted exit bars or panic bars. His guys can't even take measurement, they gave me wrong measurement for a glass opening in the door.
The door were rejected by my client when installed.
It was a waste of time, money and energy dealing with this company.
I don't advise anyone to deal with this company.

THE DIRECTOR ADAM IS THE MOST DISHONEST, LYING AND WORSE CUSTOMER RELATIONS INDIVIDUAL I HAVE DEALT WITH IN GHANA.
WRONG DOOR SIZES WERE ORDERED EVEN THOUGH HIS FITTER WAS ON SITE TO MEASURE THEM, I HAVE TO PAY AN EXTERNAL FITTER TO FINISH FITTING MY WINDOWS AS I GREW FRUSTRATED OF HIS FAILURE TO ATTEND SITE AND FINISH THE JOB I paid FOR.
