Great Service
I had my eyes retested and replaced my spectacles.

It was my first time and the recommendation was made by my closest buddy. He had patience during my frame selection especially. I commend Vision Crafters to all and sundry for a good job. Thanks. I am coming again.

EXCELLENT & EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER CARE
Having come from Accra with all the "known" Optical Centres in Accra, I came with some expectation.
Vision Craters blew my mind with what they offered me.
They made sure i was relaxed and provided everything I needed.
They gave me a PROPER customer satisfaction, Exceeding my expectation. And this confirms why those two (2) Optical service providers came to your centre that very day to purchase items from you to go run their centres with.

Keep this up and don't move away from the very things that will make you the biggest Optical Centre across the nation in the near future

VCO places the client at the heart of all business activities. My encounter with them left me with pleasant memories of what an ideal customer experience should be like. Apart from their professionalism in getting the right fit of lens and frame for my optimal vision, VCO periodically called to ask if I had any issues with my sight and the eye piece I'm using. Even on my birthday they called and sent me a message which was so inspiring. I will recommend VCO a thousand times to family and friends and I have no doubt that my experience will be replicated many times over to other people

Perfect and good inter personal relationship.
I can whole heartedly vouch for Vision Crafters Opticians because I have encountered them twice and In both occasions they gave me a good and perfect service. First class service and very comfortable working relationship with it customers and I can testify for That as well as my Nephew and Father who both went there to take their Spectacles and were both sacrificed with their service.
