1. We shall provide all labor, tools and transport for the following services every three months: a. Clean air filters b. Clean evaporator coil c. Clean grille and cabinet d. Clean condenser coil e. Clean

condensate drains f. Check compressor for vibration g. Check all controls for proper operation h. Check evaporator coil temperature i. Check suction and discharge pressures j. Monitor operation of all air-conditioning equipment k. Attend to all beak down calls.
2. Breakdowns will be attended to within 24 hours Monday to Saturday and will be charged separately.

3. The Customer Covenants with PMC Air-Conditioning Services to pay the following :

Type of Unit Quantity Rate (Ghc) Total (Ghc)

(i) High wall type air-conditioner Ghc 80
(ii) Cabinet type air-conditioner Ghc 100
(iii) Ceiling type Cassette air-conditioner Ghc 100

Total amount payable will be invoiced after every service.



4. This agreement is valid for a period of one year.
5. Spare parts, refrigerant gas that may be required for the repair of Air conditioners will be paid for by the customer.
6. Customers will be duly informed before major repairs are carried out.
7. This agreement does not include the following:
a. Relocation or reinstallation of Air conditioners
b. Changing of compressors and condensers.
