VICBENS ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION was established in 2015.Ebenezer Donkor is the Chief Executive of the organization & working with Stresster Engineering since 2014
4. Victoria Arhin is the Planning Director of the firm and is well known construction Manager in the construction industry. As a planning Director she has completed many civil engineering projects, Housing and Industrial buildings.
