Swimming is fantastic and a good exercise
Until I joined Dolphines I thought swimming was impossible. I started talking lessons way back in the university but after several lessons I still couldn't do simple breath stroke across the pool. After just about two lessons with instructor Emeka, I could swim across without getting tired and now I can do free style back and forth as well. This is me being able to swim despite being irregular at lessons thanks to Dolphines Aqua Fitness club. I will surely recommend it to everyone.
