Employers post their jobs on HotGHjobs and job seekers apply to these jobs via the website and saved resumes of jobseekers are automatically sent to employers' email to be considered for interviews or instant recruitment.
Account registration is free for both parties. Employers only have to pay a little token to post their jobs on the website. These tokens are used to maintain the site.
Conversely, job seekers are not required to make any payment from account creation to application of jobs on the website.

Prices are unbelievably low
I'm a sales agent for a reputable insurance company in Ghana (Prudential life Insurance, Ghana). I frequently recruit people to the company to expand my team and salary. Initially, i was using a different website to recruit and it was very expensive around 80- 100 cedis for a 30-day job listing. I decided to try Hotghjobs and was amazed that with as little as 10 cedis I can post a job. And guess what, it was as effective as the other website if not more.

An effective employment portal
Got my vacancies filled in just 5 days. I posted a job vacancy for two dispatch riders for my delivery service (AK Deliveries). Just after 2 days I got over 15 applications, I set up an interview for 7 shortlisted candidates on the 3rd day. By the 5th day, my delivery service was up and running.
