I purchased a bed from your north industrial area branch.the lady who attended to me seemed unbothered, kept admiring her nails and had an attitude . Was told it was going to be delivered 2 days.(which I understood, probably because the next day was already booked). On the supposed day of the delivery (it rained all morning), I called to confirm whether the delivery of the bed since it had rained. I was given a positive response. 4 hrs later, still no bed
I called again , the lady I spoke to on the phone was sooo rude , ddnt have the time and courtesy to explain to me whether or not it was still going to be delivered. I wasted a whole day waiting for a bed that didn't even show up

I started using Ashdown mattresses about ten years ago. At first, my customers used to complain about the poor beds in my hotel;but when Ashdown was introduced to me, the complaints stop. I really appreciate the quality foam from Ashdown Ghana limited. Thanks once again
