Overview of the Company

BigPay limited is a wholly Ghanaian owned company based in Ghana. It was founded and Registered in 2020 under the companies Act, 2019 (Act 992). The company is a start-up Fintech and its main activity is to engage in mobile financial services as a payments systems provider. It seeks to provide money transfer services in collaboration with Money Transfer Operators, Banks and Telco’s. By partnering with Banks and Telco’s, BP will be in a position to terminate international transfers into mobile wallets and bank accounts. Main partnerships to be established with Western Union, MoneyGram, Taptap Send, Small world Transfer, World Remit, Sendwave, MTN, AirtelTigo and Vodafone. Our business module is to market our remittance services to a consistent stream of MTO’s and Multinational Organizations that remit or intend to remit funds to Africa. We serve as the counterparty paying remittances into mobile wallets and bank accounts for a fee. We intend to expand our services in the future to most African countries by partnering with regional aggregators or acquiring licenses to enable us terminate into these countries in Africa.
The company was incorporated on the 17th of November, 2020 under the Companies Act,2019 (Act 992).
