School Management Philosophy
Since its inception, the school has been governed by a philosophy of management founded on 3 pillars: (i) vision, (ii) values and (iii) the medical model.

Vision

Vision Statement: “We seek to be recognized as a world class basic school, providing teaching and learning environments of the highest quality”.

Management decisions and day-to-day actions are governed by the vision of the school.

Excellence

school stand out in the competition; (ii) attracting new parents to the school; and (iii) retaining existing parents.



The pursuit of excellence initiative has 4 phases which are: (i) beginning of year identification and agreement on standards of excellence for each department (ii) publication of the standards; (iii) execution & feedback system;(iv) monthly meetings on feedback and progress.

Integrity

The school upholds integrity as a core value. Integrity defines the day to day decisions and actions of school management. Mindful of the need to uphold the highest standards of integrity at all times, the school has over the years complied religiously with social security and all tax obligations both at the national and local Municipal levels. Over the years, the school has worked hard to create a culture of integrity. Pupils and teaching and non-teaching staff at all levels know very well that engaging in dishonest behaviors and violating school rules and regulations are high risk behaviours.
