Elite kingdom is a scam and should refund all monies collected to the hard working Ghanaians
Please for all the people who have been scammed by elite kingdom investments, I have created an online petition and kindly need you to sign it so we present it as one voice to persons who will be able to bring justice for all

Just signed your petition and I'll advise all those who've been duped to do the same so justice can be served.
The whole business seems like a scam.

I am a victim too. I have chased them on countless occasion to get the land I have paid for but to no avail. Neither are they willing to refund my money too. They keep changing offices without any prior information to their customers. They are not in a land business whatsoever. They are sheer scammers.

These people can't just take us for granted. They must pay with their last blood drop if need be

Then I have also been scammed. I paid half of the money for the land, waiting to pay the rest so they can give me the land. Ohhhh my God...

Dear Gideon Kyei, I tried to sign your petition but the link is not working. My father has completed payment for a house with them and has still not received documents for the house. Their latest office has been closed and it’s almost impossible to contact them. We really need to organize ourselves and take them on. Kindly respond to my msg with your email address and I will get in touch

We have all been scammed. Mr. Djangmah and his cohorts are criminals and would need to face the law. He will be confronted soon. I suggest we file a class-action lawsuit against this company.

So what do we do now? Cos I really suffered to pay for that land and now they are no where. How can they do that to us? I don’t even know what to do

Very irresponsible company
I entered into a contract with the Elite in 2012 for a piece of land at Afienya and my friend also did same for a piece of land at Oyibi. After we exceeded 50% of our payment, I was taken to the land at Afienya and site allocated to me. My friend is yet to be allocated a land at Oyibi up till date and their only explanation is that there is litigation on the land and until resolved, there is nothing they can do about it.

I finished paying for the land in 2016 and since then, it has been difficult concluding on the deal with them. They keep charging me entrance fees to enter my own plot. I have been away for 4 years and only returned last week. In my absence, my father and wife have been there severally to follow up on the necessary documentations to enable me build but they keep getting tossed about. At a point, they relocated their offices but did not even have the ethical and professional obligation to communicate this to their customers.

In all my over 17 years of work, I have never met any staff as rude, unprofessional, dodgy and disingenuous as staff of Elite Kingdom investments. They will not answer your calls (that is if you are lucky it goes through), they are rude on the phone, they do not know anything about what they are doing and always telling lies. What is even shocking is that the owner of Elite Investments is a Reverend Minister.

I am happy to be part of the team to petition the Real Estate Development Agency regarding the scrupulous activities of Elite. Do let me know if you are interested.

What is going on with Elite Kingdom
Cynthia,
I was in Ghana recently visited the site at Oyibi, but the plot which I bought since the year 2013 could no longer be traced. I visited your Office at Madina (last Thursday 21st June 2018) to find out more about my property(plot no 230 at Oyibi Site 2). I was promised I would be contacted within 72 days for another appointment where I would be allotted a new plot. Nobody contacted me,I have been calling, but there is no response or the lines are totally dead. What the hell is going on. Did you people plan to dupe us. I want my property back or money back. Waiting for your reply.
Desperate.

I am going through the same process. Trust me, I am mad.
Elite Kingdom seems to be a shame company. I paid fully for my plot, but cannot get anyone to tell me anything about obtaining titles.
Yet we wonder why we are reluctant to do anything back at home.
Sick to the stomach.

i started payment for a piece of executive plot at Oyibi, and per the company's policies, after paying 50% percent and above, i could request for allocation of my plot. since 2013 when i exceeded 50 percent, efforts to allocate my plot to me have been unsuccessful and i am almost done with the entire cost of the land. but i'm so scared it could be one of these fraudsters selling plots of land.

Bunch of thieves... Don't waste your time, energy and money. They will lure you in and drain all money. With very rude and somewhat ignorant representatives.

First they will promise you low cost for land and encourage you to pay it quickly. Then after you have paid, you will never see the land you have paid for.. they keep assuring you the land will be allocated but you never see it.. After following them forever, they will verbally show you a plot claiming that is allocated to you but good luck getting formal documentation from them to show that.
Their policy is that they have to be in charge of putting up the building and hence you are stuck with whatever price they ask for putting up the building even if there are better alternatives for you.

When you are fed up and want your money back they will strike you with fees and penalty fines.

Honestly this is such a terrible company that I cannot believe they are still operating. I would stay very far away if I were you. And I would give them negative stars if I could.

If you don't believe me try searching for a website for them. They don't have any website to provide information and their rude representatives rarely pick phone calls. Also check their page on facebook. You will see how many people are frustrated with them. You have people asking questions as far back as 2 years ago and no one responds.

A very brutal fraudulent so called company. They are thieves so be careful not to fall into their trap. They can not get you any land and will treat you like zombi after achieving their aim by collecting your money for their other business which is never related to land or plot. They will frustrate you until you will say you do not need plot anymore. I really do not know why they are still operating illegally milking poor Ghanaians who strive to get a plot.

I am in the same situation, this is so bad. I am left with 10% to complete payment but I have no allocation. Why will elite kingdom not honor their part of the agreement. I hear the CEO is a pastor? Will this bring God any glory?
Reply by Keren, 24 Mar, 2017
I also finished paying in 2012 and up to now don't have any documents to show for it. I went to the east legon office today and they have moved. Not even a single word to their clients about their new location. Nobody should deal with them. Guys, let's come together to sue them for our money ooo.

Cynthia,
I am in the same situation, I just came back from Ghana but l could not trace my piece of land at Oyibi anymore. I contacted their Office at Madina with the promise to call back within 72 days. I have heard nothing from them. I have tried several times to call them but to no avail. I am now back in Holland and I think something has to be done. We have been duped. I need my money back and we all have to come together.

What makes them good Jack!

I am really having a very bad experience with them, and so are many other people.
Now some chiefs have encroached on my land and Elite K. doesnt seem to have the legal right to make a case for themselves so they are advising me to go for a reallocation. This is just not right!
