Good Evening,
I have been offer to purchase share of cacao farm land in sunyani and my share will be 70 percent and my girlfriend 30 percent.
I'm French citizen living in the uk Does the low in Gahna allows foreigners to purchase land ? Who is responsible for paying taxes?

I have been given a email address to a lawyer there in Sunyani. lawyer.mcd99@gmail.com his name is Twumasi McDonald, now is there a lawyer there of that name or am I being scammed??
