Accountant

• Responsible for establishing standard cost budget and variance reporting
• Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure
• Undertaking financial administration and internal audits
• Partner with the Operations Director and Marketing manager on various growth strategies to support strategic initiatives
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis
• Monitoring and analyzing production work to develop efficient procedures and use of resources

• Introduce robust control systems and procedures in all operational areas including warehousing, dispatching, and fleet movements
• Manage the payroll system and ensure that monthly statutory returns are submitted on time
• Attend management meetings and make presentations on budgets and forecast data

• Assigned to traveling desk to help coordinate the traveling-processing activities of various departments within the organization

• Audit Freight Cost and Documentation.
• Receive bills, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Processing invoices for payments.
• Organizing files both manually and electronically.
• Reconcile hand receipts.
