Follow up on applicants who have applied and have not paid application fees.
• Answering and making calls to and from applicants with challenges.
• Follow up with e-mails when needed and any other business that will be assigned by the CEO

Participating in preparing request for quotation and evaluation of various pro forma invoices for award of contract
• Assist in preparing purchase order for approval
• Preparation of weekly and monthly report on status of Purchase Order
• Assisting in the preparation of request from quotation to vendors.
• Participating in bid opening ceremonies and assisting in bid evaluation.
• Preparing memo for retirement of transaction for payment
• Making sure suppliers' invoice tally with the purchase order prices.
• Participating in the inspection of incoming goods delivered at the warehouse.
• Monitored multiple databases to keep track of all company inventory.

Entries of requisitions into stores issue and receipt voucher
• Filling of inventory control cards
• Entries into the ledger book
• Issuing of goods to various departments
• Part-taking in annual stock-taking
• Receiving of supplies from suppliers and keeping them in the stores
