IT Specialist

1. Provide direct support to users across the organization by diagnosing connectivity and data problems.
2. Set up hardware and software tools and components needed by the users, and help users access shared drives and devices.
3. Maintain information security throughout the organization by monitoring access logs and building database security procedures.
4. Ensure users workstation is successfully connected to networks and access critical information at all times and configure network security setting and thus, connect peripherals devices like printers and scanners, that are used by multiple users.
5. Ensure that the organization’s database structure is correctly stored and easily accessible by setting up data storage and retrieval protocols, maintaining data security and integrity during migrations and day-to-day use.
6. Enter medical data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data entered.
7. Resolve variances in the hospital’s data and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
8. Respond to information request from authorized users.

1. Analyze swim techniques and determine skill levels of clients/swimmers.
2. Teach swimmers on various techniques and styles such as flips, kicks, body rolls, floating and breath control.
3. Oversee training of clients/swimmers.
4. Ensure the pool or training area is clean, well-maintained and free of hazards for clients.
5. Educate clients on water safety and the key survival techniques.

1. Assist, maintain and monitoring of the institution’s computer systems by servicing computer systems from to time and ensuring their connectivity and all networking connections are secured.
2. Evaluate new computer products for deployment in the organization.
3. Research and deploy corrective measures to resolve complex PC problems.
4. Track all documentation of hardware failure, installation, repair and replacement.
5. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
