Finance Manager, Chief Finance Officer, Director of Finance, Accountant, Accounts Manager

• Supervision of seven Accounts Officers in seven separate organizations under same Group
• Restructuring of the Accounts department for all seven (7) branches
• Review, revise and maintain internal accounting controls and procedures
• Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Accounts and Management Accounts
• Annual Budget preparation for all seven (7) organizations and Overseeing budgetary Control
(Variance reporting)
• Reviews all payrolls for all branches
• Processes all inter-account bank transfers
• Reviews and manages cash flow

• Setting up of Accounts Department & Accounts Procedures
• Preparation of Management accounts and final accounts
• Budget preparation and Overseeing budgetary Control
(Variance reporting)
• Management of Accounts payable and Receivable
• Payroll Administration and Cash Flow management
• Management of Fixed Assets Register
• Stock management and control
• Reconciliation of Foreign and local bank accounts, ledgers
and balance sheet
• Filing of company self-assessment tax returns (tax compliance)
• Liaison with External Auditors
• Maintaining internal control procedures
