Department manager

I would like to tell about my job responsibilities,basically I was handling there as IT and electronics department manager as hypermarket rules using FIFO / LIFO idea and complete to all achievement as daily basis, to complete trained our team through briefing motivation on sales agenda.

I was handling there complete all garments inventory such as inbound, outbound, store shrinkage control through proper inwarding and tagging merchandize, right / correct stock receiving.. etc.
