IT SUPPORT

Using of the Carewex System to make encounters for patients at the Hospital.
 Resolving of IT issues at the various wards in the Hospital

Application Support.
 Database Administration Support.
 Working and Managing third party Vendors
 Assist with customer deployments by coordinating across Analytics/Solutions, Operations, Client Services, Product Management and Development groups
 Working on impromptu projects to assist with development, monitoring and/or measuring.
 Provide daily production assistance and QA support to site developers
 General knowledge of IP networking and the network management protocols
 Addressing Network flow, traffic tracing and resolution, DNS and managing multiple interfaces (Copper and Fiber)
 Assist with coordination of implementation priorities and workflow
 Troubleshoot network communications with virtualised systems and the network infrastructure
