Health Information Officer

With my experience in Health Information Management, I prepared the monthly returns within the wards I was put in charge of on morbidity, mortality, top ten cause of admissions and deaths. I again focused on identifying the appropriate data collection and reporting tools that support disease surveillance activities, filling data collection Forms appropriately, validating, organising and entering data into District Health Management Systems 2(DHIMS. I also received knowledge in determining, calculating and interpreting the various health facility indicators.

Again, with the experience I have in Health Information Management, I assisted in general claims preparations. Also I assisted in general administrative works and in gathering data for research purpose.
