Presently working with Sharif group of companies as a SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER in Newly installed Distillery complex, where we had installed the following units.

 Molasses based Distillery unit, with Dehydration unit to produce Fuel Grade Ethanol.
• Technology: Maguin Interis France.
• Capacity: 100 tons of ENA/fuel grade per day.

 Anaerobic Effluent Treatment Plant,
• Technology: Proserpole France,
• Capacity: 72000 meter cube of bio gas with 56% Methane by reducing the COD of Effluent up to 86%.

 Liquefied Co2 Recovery Unit,
• Technology: UNION Denmark.
• Capacity: 48 Tons of liquefied Co2 from Fermentation unit.

 Power House,
• Steam Turbine: Trivini India
• Capacity: 3 Megawatt per hour of electric power and Exhaust steam with 1.65 bar pressure.
• Boiler: Manufactured in Pakistan, HMC
• Technology: France
• Capacity: 35 tons of superheated steam with 45 bars pressure.

 Water Treatment Section,
• RO Plant
• Technology: Chemical Kinetics.
• Capacity: 200 meter cube per hour.
• Mix bed Deionizer.
• Capacity: 40 meter cube per hour

 I was involved in Erection of the complex from the day 1st,
 My responsibilities were to optimize the design and documents provided by the designer and to install the equipment’s of all the units in my supervision.

6 year working experience as a shift process engineer. Lead all staff during execution of shift/operational activity.

Plant is controlled by Electric and Pneumatic signals on DCS Technology provided by “MAGUIN INTERIS”.A petro chemical plant producing 80 tons of Superfine Ethanol per day having strength 96.6% of Ethanol.

 Take part in Erection and commissioning molasses based Distillery unit, to produce Fuel Grade Ethanol.

• Capacity: 80 tons of ENA/fuel grade per day.

 Responsibilities/accomplishments

 Supervising total Construction of distillery complex, Boiler, Power House, Turbine, Distillery plant, Biogas, Cooling tower, and three molasses R.c.c Pit volume of 450000cft respectively.

 To execute the work, check out layout and Quality of work for deep foundation, Raft foundation and all R.c.c work according to Drawing. And Check out dimensions and levels on total station and level machine respectively also check quality of Material.

 Make day to day planning and monitoring the progress at site and resolve the issues of contractor and consultant.

 Take part in Erection & Commissioning of CO2 Recovery Plant in Pak Ethanol Pvt Ltd.

 Plant Designed by Italian Technology (Techno Project Industrial) Plant capacity 24 Tons/Day.

 Take part in Erection & commissioning of effluent treatment plant (Bio-gas). Plant designed by Indian technology (MM Enviro) 60000 meter cube of bio gas with 54% methane.

 Rectified Unit designed by: “Tomsa Spanish” capacity 125000 liter/day 95.6% by volume, Operational trouble shootings during the Startup & Shutdown.

 Sizes equipment and develops processes for manufacturing ethanol (Mash preparation to Ethanol Distillation).
