WAREHOUSE MANAGER

 Keeping the company’s records both internal and external
 Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries
 Maintaining effective relationship with internal and external parties
 Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
 Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse activities
 Tracking and coordinating receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods
 Writing and drafting of letters and correspondent’s letters
 Issuing waybill and also ensuring that, quantities dispatched to customers tallies with waybill quantities.
 Supervision of security guards
 Control Closed-circuit television camera (CCTV)

 Registration of students and hostel allocation.
 Conducting and supervision of examination.
 Writing and drafting of letters, memorandums and correspondents letters
 Receiving and making calls on admission.
 User Support for online application system.
 Dispatching of letters.
 Keeping records of students
 Assisting the Assistant Registrar’s in preparing minutes and monthly report for the directorate
 Running other official duties of the directorate
