Business Administration Graduate and Data Analyst

1. My main job objective was to monitor truck operations outside the terminal using GPS tracking systems. I detected and stopped a driver in real time from engaging in a side job in the 3rd month after I was employed, thereby saving the company money, gaining trust from my superiors and setting the tone for strict monitoring. We also recorded Zero (0) fuel siphoning and side job cases while I was there.

2. I collected, analyzed and visualized data regularly to pull out key insights such as truck fuel consumption efficiencies overtime, average monthly fuel consumption per truck etc. With this information, I helped in the decommissioning of 5 trucks that were racking up fueling and maintenance costs. I also collected and managed fuel purchase data and reconciled them with those of the fuel stations to facilitate honest payment.

1. My duty was typing details of voter registration applicants into the system. I successfully entered data of 100+ applicants regularly.

2. As an exhibition officer, my job was to check if registered voters were in the provisional voters’ register and confirm if their details were accurate. I successfully handed the appropriate documentation to multiple applicants with issues and directed them to the head office for them to be corrected.
