We produce high-quality food products that are distributed to stores all over the country. We are looking for an experienced food production supervisor to lead our team of production workers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, as well as experience supervising and managing a team of workers. He or she will be responsible for ensuring that our food products are produced in a safe and efficient manner, and that they meet all quality standards. The food production supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining production records and ensuring that our production workers are following all safety and sanitation procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure that all food items are prepared in accordance with company recipes, standards, and procedures
Schedule and supervise the work to ensure efficient operation
Train new employees in proper techniques, food safety, and sanitation procedures
Monitor food packaging to ensure that they meet health and safety regulations
Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure that they are clean and meet safety standards
Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain adequate levels
Keep accurate records of production, inventory, and waste
Develop and implement plans to improve food quality and reduce costs
Investigate complaints about food quality or service and take corrective action
Meet with other managers to discuss production problems, and personnel issues
Prepare reports on production, for upper management
Perform other duties as assigned


Working Experience: 1 - 3 Years
