JOB SUMMARY:As a Hotel Manager at JMPL Transport Ltd working from Kempinski Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of transportation services within hotels. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects, including vehicle management, client satisfaction, driver grooming, adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and collaboration with hotel management to address guest issues. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team and uphold our commitment to delivering outstanding service.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:•Oversee the maintenance and condition of all vehicles used for hotel transportation.•Coordinate vehicle inspections and ensure they meet safety and cleanliness standards.•Interact with hotel guests to ensure their transportation needs are met promptly and efficiently.•Address any client concerns or requests in a professional and customer-focused manner.•Monitor and ensure the grooming and professionalism of drivers.•Facilitate ongoing training and development for drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.•Implement and enforce standard operating procedures related to transportation services.•Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.•Maintain effective communication with hotel management to address guest transportation requirements and resolve any issues.•Demonstrate the ability to proactively identify and resolve transportation-related challenges without constant supervision.

Working Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Education: First Degree
Requirements
  • Education: A degree or HND from a recognized/accredited university.
  • Hospitality Background: Minimum of one year of experience in a hospitality-related role is preferred. Candidates without a hospitality background but with a strong desire to learn about the industry are also encouraged to apply.
  • Qualities: Energetic, hardworking, and self-motivated with the ability to solve problems independently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
