Our client, a reputable company in the Pharmaceutical Industry is currently looking for a highly qualified individual to fill the role of a FLEET MANAGER.
ROLE PROFILE
The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing and maintaining vehicles for deliveries and registering and licensing vehicles. She would also be responsible for the following duties as well.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare financial plans for vehicle maintenance and service to maximise profit and reduce loss. Resolve on-road disputes whiles maintaining a cordial relationship between drivers and persons involved
Manage staff and create work schedules for workers to prevent absenteeism or poor working attitudes.
Schedule operations and route management.
Utilize GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft
Ensure that all drivers and workers comply with all transport laws and regulations.
Maintain electronic databases of sales, registration, inspections and maintenance of fleet management.
Implement and enforce transportation scheduling and policy changes.
Monitor fuel consumption and maintain vehicle conditions on daily basis.


Working Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Education: First Degree
