A reputable and leading Pharmaceutical company based in Accra, is seeking for a dynamic person to fill the position of a General Manager.
Summary of Responsibilities
The General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day business activities, improving overall business functions, training heads of departments, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies and communicating business goals.

Training low-level managers and staff

Analyzing accounting and financial data

Working Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Education: Masters Degree

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or another related field
- Membership of recognized professional body Working Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification relevant working experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and highly organized.
