FLOOR-PERSONNEL SUPERVISORS ARE NEEDED
Role Purpose:
The role involves overseeing the daily operations of park attendants responsible for the various rides, games, and activities and ensuring a positive experience for visitors.
Responsibilities includes:
1. Monitor the output of Park attendants, including ride operators, ticket sellers, janitorial staff, and gate attendants.
2. Monitor activities to ensure adherence to rules & safety procedures to assure safety of guests and employees and remove unruly patrons.
3. Scheduling, training, and ensuring park attendants adhere to park policies, safety procedures and regulations.
4. Perform routine audits to ensure team members know the proper procedures and have accurate ride knowledge.
5. Ensuring the provision of excellent customer service by addressing visitor inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
6. Work with the maintenance team by assisting in preventive maintenance and safety inspections of all rides and equipment.
7. Compile daily reports as directed.
Skills & Education Requirements
1. SHS Certificate or Diploma with at least 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership of a small team.
2. Ability to speak and write English proficiently.
3. Ability to communicate in one Ghanaian language fluently, with a strong oral and interpersonal skills.
4. Great engagement skills and motivation to maintain excellent customer service orientation.
5. Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs
6. Strong attention to detail, organization and follow up
