Job Vacancy for Bilingual Secretary – (English/French)
A Bilingual Secretary is needed to provide bilingual secretarial services and administrative support to the CEO and, the general office.
Role Responsibilities:
Good interpretation skills at meetings from French to English and vice versa;
A good translation of reports and documents in both written and oral from English to French and vice versa;
Perform any other related duties which may be assigned from time to time by the Director(s), including travels.

Qualification and Requirement
Must have a minimum of BSc, HND or Diploma in Translation, Linguistics or Languages (French and English),
Able to read and write French very well.
Ability to translate documents into French and English language.
Ability to manage meetings, and teams and experience in managing an office or a secretariat.
Adaptive and problem-solving skills to carry out tasks efficiently.
Ability to manage time effectively;
Highly efficient in MS Office suite, intranet, and email

Location: Ghana
Salary Range: To be disclosed at the interview.
