Paving Block Machine Operator

Job Presentation
Measure and mark out areas to be paved
Prepare the ground by removing any debris and leveling the area
Mix and lay concrete or other materials to create a solid foundation for the pavers
Cut pavers to size and shape with appropriate tools
Arrange and lay pavers in desired pattern and style
Fill gaps between pavers with sand or other materials
Ensure that the finished product meets quality standards and is level and stable
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions or damage


Working Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Education: High School/Senior Secondary School
Requirements
  • Physical fitness and manual dexterity to perform the job duties efficientlyKnowledge of different types of blocks and pavers and their installation techniquesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and schematics to plan the installation processExperience in operating and maintaining the necessary tools and equipment used in block pavingAttention to detail and ability to ensure that the installed blocks and pavers are level, adequately spaced, and meet the required standardsExcellent communication skills to work with team members and clients effectivelyWillingness to work in varying weather conditions and adaptable to work schedules as per project requirementsUnderstanding of safety and health regulations related to construction and ability to follow them diligently.
