Question for Ghana Education Service, GES Promotions, GES Recruitment- Head Office

I don't understand why St.Stephen's Roman Catholic School as a government school takes more money from students.
they pay GH¢ 95.00 per term and also GH¢45.00 as a Saturday classes fee, while other teachers also force students to buy book not issued by GES to them. I wish your establishment will find more information about that school. Thank you.
