Question for Lands Commission

I bought a plot of land at adaklu waya in volta region Ho some years back. I have the land documents but did not registered it at land commission due to my schedule in Nigeria. So i want to come down to Ghana and register the land in my fiance name who base in Ghana but the land documents are prepared in my name already. So i want to know if its possible
