Question for Federal Express (Fedex) Airport Branch

Hello,
I was supposed to receive an iPad air from your office, but I was told that I needed to pay one thousand two hundred and fifty Ghana cedis (1,250 Ghs) for taxes or something like dat. Could I know how genuine this is? I find the amount to be too exorbitant and malicious.
