How can you tell if the Certificate of Origin is real or fake . NO.:FWO/MON/GDOD Date on it is 12/07/2009 with a RE-NO: NKA52/30

I see other people are asking about a Certificate of Origin is this a common scam they are using . I had a previous question before not answered yet . What’s the time frame for answering questions
