Question for Driver & Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA)

I made a replacement of my Driving Licence with PIN no. NTIA-********-01-01 on 19th September 2014 and was expired on 18th December 2014.
Extension was given but it will expire again on 24th April 2015, plse. may I know whether the original one is ready so that I will come for it?
