Question for SG-SSB Ltd. (Kaneshie Branch)

Good morning i am an account holder at your branch but for some time now your outfit does not send me prompts regarding credit to my account, you only send me debits, that is not fair because its the same process you use to send me debits. a colleague of mine having his salary account at comm2 just received his, why this poor administrative practice?
