Question for Ghana Commercial Bank Ltd. GCB Bank Accra

I made a mistake in my mobile banking and my pin has been locked, i tried four branches this morning all of them are closed.i called all GCB likes i could with no réponse.but am in urgent need of money, how do i manage in this case?
