My father has a property bequeathed to him by his father ( my grandfather) but it was tenants in common. It states "I give this my bonafide property to all my children as follows,
1. 2 store rooms to my son Mr Christian Yeboah, 1 store room to my son Mr Benjamin Yeboah, other rooms to Kwesi Agyemang". In this case Mr Benjamin Yeboah has taken the property from the children of mr christian Yeboah. Is it fair?
