Good morning and thanks for this platform. Please will it be right for a group of Ghanaian individuals to demonstrate against Ghana Electricity Company, about their inability to mob all outstanding utility bills own them by Ghanaian institutions, MDA'S, Companies and households? As a Ghanaian I think if all outstanding debts own to ECG are collected, it will also go a long way to at least solve part of "Domso' crisis.
Please help me.
