Question for Ghana Commercial Bank Ltd.

Dear sir I have been coned befor from ghana so before I pay out any more money I have been told that if I pay £500 a month then stacy pinamang will receive £4000 from you I was just wondering if this was true or am I being coned yet again thank you and sorry I had to ask
