Question for Atomic Police

Am leaving in my auntie's house. But she lives USA... I live in the house with my elderly aunt and a woman who is not our family. I have a mom who is not staying with us. Probably, she's working in another house as nanny. One of my auntie from USA has hire a man who I don't know to come to the house anytime I misbehave and beat me.... Is that right for the man to do that?
