Question for Ghana Police Service(Head Quarters) GSP

A fire service personnel is going about taking money that she is doing recruitment since last year,I reported her to the police but because her husband is also a police,nobody is doing anything to help us and she has taken money from over 150 people and spent it and still going about collecting money from people.what else can I do?
