Question for SOMOTEX GHANA LIMITED

A 2016 GL Washing machine I purchased In the US from home Depot and sent to Ghana no longer functions as a result of a power outage experienced when it was doing its maiden washing. Machine is brand new and installed in Sunyani. Are you able to fix it? Machine must work again!
